How long does it take to get a response from support?

Downloading Your Files
How do I access my purchased digital files?
After your payment is processed:
- Registered Users: Access your files from the Purchases & Reviews page in your account.
- Guest Users: Find the download link in your order confirmation email.
You will also receive a separate email with a download link.
I can’t find my order! What should I do?
- Refresh: Refresh your purchase page and check your account.
- Check Email: Thoroughly check your email inbox, including spam and junk folders.
- Contact Us: If you still can’t find your order, contact us immediately.
Using Your Files
How do I open the zip/rar files?
- Windows/Mac: Double-click the zipped folder. On Windows, you can also right-click and choose “Extract Here.”
- Mobile Devices: Download an unzip app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- .RAR Files: Use an app like iZip – Zip Unzip Unrar Tool (iOS) or a similar app.
What software/machines are the files compatible with?
- Cricut: Use the SVG file type.
- Silhouette: Use the PNG or DXF file types.
For help with specific software or machines, consult their documentation or search online.
Why can’t I see the white parts of the design?
White designs on a white background may be invisible. Change your software’s background to a darker color to see the entire design.
Can I resize the PNG/JPG files?
Yes! Use a free online tool like Bulk Resize Photos to resize your PNG/JPG files.
Can I use these files without a cutting machine?
Absolutely! Use the PNG file for iron-on transfers and printing onto paper.
Why are there filled-in areas on the SVG in Cricut Design Space?
Cricut Design Space can sometimes have issues with SVG files. If you encounter this, contact us, and we’ll resend the file.
Commercial Use
Can I sell products using your designs?
You can use our designs on up to 100 physical items per design.
Need to sell more than 100 items? Contact us for Commercial License Upgrades.
Please note:
- Reselling, sharing, or distributing the digital files is strictly prohibited.
- You may not use our designs on print-on-demand websites like Zazzle, Amazon Merch, Teespring, Spreadshirt, etc.
- Contact us to discuss partnership opportunities if you’re interested in reselling our designs.
