As part of our refund policy, we encourage you to reach out to our support team at [email protected] if you encounter any issues or difficulties with your purchase. We will do our best to remedy the situation within 7 business days from the date we receive your email. A refund will only be considered if the request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase and under the following circumstances:

  1. The file is corrupted, and our support team is unable to fix it on your behalf.
  2. The file is misrepresented in its product description in terms of file types or resolutions.
  3. The purchased item is missing files, and our support team is unable to retrieve them on your behalf.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a refund in the following situations:

  1. You purchased the item by accident.
  2. You do not have the correct software or lack the expertise to use the item and its file types.
  3. You want to exchange the item for another one.
  4. You or your client no longer needs the item.
  5. You have trouble downloading the item. (Our support team can assist you by providing a temporary Dropbox link for this issue.)
  6. You need a partial refund for an item you have previously purchased that is now part of a larger bundle.

Please note that once a refund has been processed, the refunded item will be deleted from your account indefinitely. You will not be able to repurchase the item if the deal under which it was sold has expired. You may only repurchase the item (if it is still available on our site) according to the latest deal shown on our website.
